Antique Hatpin Description and Notes: Lillian Baker's ICCH & HH Commemorative Hatpin 1977 Memory Collectible No cracks, chips. The head is in excellent condition, solid connection, molded glass. Stem is straight/strong. Marked: Commemorative Founded 1977 1CC of H&HH (International Collectors Club of Hatpin and Hatpin Holders). Lillian Baker was the Queen in the hatpin world. She did more to educate and promote all interested in hatpins and holders. She wrote books about hatpins and one is probably considered the bible in the hatpin world. She truly was an amazing woman, and even from the grave she still is the Queen of Hatpins. Guess you can tell I admire her and her work. Overall, excellent condition. Date: late 1800s to early 1900s.
