Description

A piece of wearable history, these multi-purpose pins are as beautiful as they are functional! Constructed from 14K Yellow Gold, each pin has a 49mm stem, complete with a twist along the shaft to prevent the pin from shifting during wear. The two pins are connected by a 3.25 inch section of gold link chain. One pin is topped with a gold bicorn hat, complete with swirling etchings and button details. The other pin is topped with an etched gold podium that supports a coral bust carving of Napoleon Bonaparte. The entire piece weighs about 3.7g. These pins can be worn a variety of ways: Traditionally these type of pins were used to secure a lady's hat through her hair. Today, they are often used to fasten a cloak, cape, or scarf about the neck (as shown in the photos) or can simply be worn as a brooch. Style as creatively as you dare!
